Doctor Stuart Nieber graduated from Southern College of Optometry, Memphis TN in 1988, Since then, he has practiced with the Navy in hospitals and clinics around the world: Naval Hsopital Long Beach, US Naval Hospital Guam and Naval Medical Clinic Pearl Harbor. He has worked with 5 different Naval Ophthalmologist and underwent Hospital rbased residency training.
